FAVOURITE APPS

After testing a selection of apps, we've put together our personal favourites.

BAUKJE

This app was created for undergraduate students taking their first steps in organic chemistry mechanisms. Not only is Backside Attack educational, it's also fun! While playing each level, I was also given an in-depth reasoning of each mechanism. The app runs smoothly throughout with stunning graphics. I believe every undergraduate student should play this app at least once through!

LUCÍA

Using this app allowed me to find more information about a variety of compounds, including various spectra and laboratory safety.
I found it to be very well put together: it was easy to use and the graphics are modern and colourful. I highly recommend getting this app if you're curious on which properties certain compounds have or how they react.

ROSS

The Royal Society of Chemistry created this app with one goal in mind: educating users on every element in the periodic table. Each element is described in depth, showing things like oxidation states, uses, and even certain trends. I believe users of all educational levels would find this a useful app. Another bonus is that it's completely free of charge!
